Team Development

PRISMtdc Ltd understands that in today’s market place the success of work based teams is key to the success of any organisation.

Most people we work with know the theory of good team working but many have difficulty in applying it; repeatedly and over time, with quality and under increasing pressures. Personal Development

PRISMtdc Ltd offers one to one coaching for individuals for both personal and business development. Coaching allows individuals to explore, understand and develop ways to leverage their personal strength, so improving their own way of operating in a safe, yet challenging environment.

Our Coaches work with individuals in a confidential and supporting way with the aim of the sessions to be challenging, so as to uncover assumptions and develop steps with each individual that focus on the changes needed for their future.

The coaching process is flexible and is designed to accommodate the needs of busy individuals who have constantly changing demands. It can therefore be wholly conducted in face to face sessions or be a combination of both face to face and telephone coaching as required.
