Course Overview:
A one, two or three day programme that examines the skills required to solve diverse work based problems and gives the participant the confidence to use a range of problem solving techniques in order to examine and resolve basic and more complex issues.

Strategy Workshops

Course Overview:
A two day programme enabling participants to gain a broader understanding of how to set strategic goals, create visions of future possibilities & plan accordingly, and to anticipate future changes and take these into account when planning.

Competency Based Interviewing Skills Development

Course Overview:
A one day programme that seeks to refine and improve the skills and knowledge of participants, through guidance, information and skills practice providing a comprehensive grounding in the processes and use of the key elements of conducting successful competency based selection interviews.

Individuals will be equipped to successfully perform competency based selection interviews (within the current legal framework) using effective communication skills and be confident that they have selected the best candidates from those at interview for the roles required.

Project Management

Course Overview:
A one or two day course that enables participants to gain an appreciation of the key elements that enable them to participate in the management of projects. Highly interactive, this course provides a useful overview of the processes and relationships necessary for successful projects.

Providing participants with an overview of the tools and techniques for managing projects so that they understand the nature of projects, are able to deal with different types of projects, understand the role and responsibilities of a project manager and developing and utilising techniques such as a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) / Organisation Breakdown Structure (OBS), scheduling, project monitoring and controlling.

Introduction to Business Awareness

Course Overview:
A one day course that provides participants with an awareness of the skills required to run a Business, how to keep abreast of market changes and tools to identify how to keep their business responding to change.

Providing participants with a set of skills that enable them to look at the marketplace and see what's happening and respond before other business people do. Knowledge of how to take a holistic view of the business world, and to spot opportunities and threats quickly, in order that the business can deal with them appropriately.

Risk Management

Course Overview:
This 1 day course provides a broad introduction to the subject of risk management. It explores both the positive and negative aspects of risk and aims to improve knowledge and practical skills in the identification assessment and control of business risk. This is a practical course, which allows the delegates to work on a range of their own real-life cases to embed the learning and business impact.
