PRISMtdc offers one to one coaching for individuals for both personal and business development. Coaching is a process based on a confidential and supporting one-to-one relationship whereby our Coaches work with individuals to help them acquire new skills related to their job or their life in general. The aim of our coaching is to challenge, uncover assumptions and develop steps with each individual to focus on changes for their future.

Personal Development:

Coaching helps individuals to increase their personal effectiveness. It enhances their individual skills and enables them to manage personal challenges more efficiently e.g. career choices. It allows them to explore, understand and develop ways to leverage their personal strength so improve their own way of operating in a safe, yet challenging environment. With the guidance of a dynamic, professional coach, individuals quickly focus, identify and prioritise key strategies and then direct their energies into addressing their most critical issues.

Business Development:

Coaching helps business individuals to increase their efficiency and effectiveness as mangers &/or leaders. It enhances both an individual's personal skills and enables them to manage themselves and organisational challenges and changes more efficiently. It assists them to explore, understand and develop ways to channel their personal strength to improve their own way of operating & their business results in a safe, yet challenging environment.

The coaching process is flexible and is designed to accommodate the needs of busy individuals who have constantly changing demands. It can therefore be wholly conducted in face to face sessions or be a combination of both face to face and telephone coaching as needed.
